Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • First-time Pro subscriptions within 30 days of purchase
  • Technical issues preventing access to Pro features
  • Accidental or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 hours

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Partial months of service after the 30-day guarantee period
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Account terminations due to Terms of Service violations
  • Changes in feature requirements or preferences

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a request through our contact form.
  • Include your account email and subscription details
  • Provide a brief reason for the refund request
  • Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

4. Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Important notes about cancellation:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for remaining days in the billing period
  • Cancellation prevents automatic renewal for the next period

6. Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside of these terms in exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or technical issues preventing access to core features. These cases will be reviewed individually.
